Clouseau is a keeper

Clouseau, who I am keeping, had a bath today. He was a lot better with his last two baths thanhe was today. He just hated it. Gadget was the same yesterday so maybe it's the age. Eleven weeks now. Here's Clouseau's picture on the deck chair.

Gadget Goes to New Home in Bellevue WA

Today Gadget went to his new home in Bellevue, WA. The whole family came to pick him up. The photo I took of them didn't download for some reason so is lost forever. Three children, 2 girls and one boy. They all are studying music, one plays the piano and one the cello and one the violin. I don't know if you would remember but Gadget was the puppy that howled when I played the piano. I hope they are better musicians. Gadget loved playing with them. I think he'll be tired and hopefully sleep well his first night at his new home. Clouseau is bummed and really misses him. He's on my lap. He likes that but he likes playing rough house with his buddy; this lap thing is old lady stuff. Here are some photos of Gadget.

Clouseau and Gadget

Clouseau and Gadget had a great time today playing in the living room.

Sherlock, AKA Holmes, Goes Home with Gene and Rebecca

Holmes, or Sherlock from now on, had a busy day playing with his brothers, getting a bath and his feet and toenails trimmed. He is a great sport with bath time and puts up with us without complaining. Here are the pictures of when he finally got to leave with his new very wonderful parents.

Pat Hastings Puppy Evaluation

Have to catch up on my posts. I took the three boys down to see Pat Hastings for their puppy evaluation. To make it a short story, I've decided to keep little Clouseau for my next show boy. Here are the pictures that I took at the end of the evaluation with Pat Hastings stacking them. It should be Clouseau first, then Gadget, then Holmes.

Yesterday was a full day. First the boys went to see their vet, Michelle Shoemaker DVM at South Sound Veterinary Hospital. They got their first vaccination. Following Dr. Dodds recommendations on vaccinating puppies, we used the ProGard- Puppy DPv. All went well, they were very brave and they were also a big hit with all the staff. Michelle said they are all very healthy and they all have 2 little testicles.

Went home for a nap, lunch and a happy time venturing out further in the garden. They got to meet Percival, our neighbor's 10 week old Pug/Beagle mix. I think all of them were quite surprised. Percival wanted to go back to his daddy after meeting too many white things.

Then we were off again to see Dr. Pennie Cooley DVM Othomologist for their CERF exam. All were normal.

After that, we all went to Stageworks for my hair cut. They had a great time meeting everyone and running from one end of the shop to the other. They slept well after a busy day.
